Aldane brings more than two decades of experience across software development, application services and technology leadership.
His career at Sagicor progressed from programming and analysis to Manager of Application Services and, from January 2020 to July 2026, Assistant Vice President for Shared Services IT at Sagicor Group Jamaica.
His experience includes leading more than 70 technical staff, developing strategic technical solutions, guiding software procurement, improving delivery processes and coordinating technology projects.
Alongside his industry career, his experience includes serving as adjunct staff in software engineering and software architecture at the University of the West Indies, Credit Union IT governance and participation in public-sector transformation and governance roles.
